Clixo is an award-winning creative play brand that encourages open-ended exploration through its unique, flexible building system. When I joined the team, the brand had a strong product but lacked a cohesive visual system across its digital and print touchpoints. I was brought on to design and expand Clixo’s day-to-day visual presence—creating assets that reflect its imaginative, educational, and design-forward identity.
I developed and implemented a consistent visual system across social media, email marketing, Amazon, and digital ads, as well as in print collateral like pitch decks, booklets, and fliers. My work included designing branded illustrations, photo editing, video and animation for Reels and paid ads, and supporting UX/UI with wireframes and visual guidelines for new web components. Throughout, I helped shape a cohesive and playful aesthetic that aligned with Clixo’s core values of creativity, learning, and joyful discovery.
This ongoing project highlights the impact of intentional design in building a brand identity that resonates with both kids and adults—balancing function, clarity, and a sense of wonder.
Social Media & Digital Content
When I joined Clixo, there was no established system for social content—so I created one. I developed a flexible set of templates, recurring themes, and content formats that expanded the brand’s visual language and made day-to-day content creation more streamlined and strategic. From concept to execution, I designed and produced illustrations, animations, and edited videos for Instagram Reels, paid ads, and organic posts. This system has helped Clixo maintain a consistent, recognizable presence while leaving room for creative storytelling and experimentation.
Amazon Storefront
I led the redesign of Clixo’s Amazon storefront to better reflect the brand’s playful spirit. The project introduced interactive product highlights, custom illustrations, animated text, and narrative-driven layouts to engage both kids and grown-ups—bringing Clixo’s story to life in a way that’s dynamic, clear, and fun to explore.
Design for Web & Product Presentation
I regularly design vector-based assets for Clixo, including brand symbols, icons, and promotional banners for sales and seasonal campaigns across web and email. I also wireframe new web components—such as homepage sections, product highlight blocks, and navigation updates—to hand off to engineers for development, ensuring functionality and design stay aligned.
In parallel, I handle photo retouching and editing of product imagery, from color correction to compositing and layout design. These assets are used across the site, Amazon storefront, digital ads, and campaign content to maintain a polished and cohesive visual standard.
Print & Brand Collateral
I design print and branded collateral to support Clixo’s retail, marketing, and investor-facing efforts. This includes pitch decks, product booklets, and in-store or event fliers—all created with a clean, vibrant aesthetic that reflects the brand’s playful and educational values. Each piece is tailored to its audience while staying rooted in the core visual system I helped develop.
Klaviyo & Email Marketing
At Clixo, I design and manage all email marketing through Klaviyo—from one-off campaign sends to automated flows that support the full customer journey. I’ve built and implemented flows including welcome sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, abandoned cart reminders, birthday emails, and sunsetting flows to clean up unengaged subscribers—each tailored to feel on-brand, engaging, and visually dynamic.
In addition to automation, I create and design all campaign emails promoting new product launches, sales, in-person events, and holiday initiatives. Every email is crafted to maintain visual consistency with Clixo’s brand while driving clear, action-oriented engagement across our audience.
